Our Story

A Partnership of Precision

To bridge the gap between the world of manufacturing and the field, our principal founder partnered with two industry experts who share a relentless drive for excellence.  Adam Ledoux brings a deep background in quality and supervision.  His expertise was solidified on the front lines as a Field Service representative for the F35 program at Nellis Air Force Base.  Adam ensures that the standards we set in a facility translate perfectly to the operational realities of the field.  Gerald "Jerry" Ouellette brings a veteran's discipline and a specialist's eye for detail.  Jerry serves as our analytical and contractual anchor.  Jerry, a United States Army Veteran, previously served as a Contracts Specialist for the United States Navy.  His experience overseeing contract administration for major Navy contractors ensures that our operations are as fiscally sound and compliant as they are technically superior.

Meet The Team

With more than twenty years in the aerospace industry, Jamie has worked in several capacities, from being a floor mechanic working on small private and commercial aircraft to overseeing multi-million dollar test cell construction contracts. Jamie has the experience to handle nearly any challenge the industry can throw at him. While at Pratt & Whitney, Jamie worked in component repair, commercial engine overhaul, Production Test Engineering, Quality, and Global Site Activation. Jamie has spent time next to production machinery, long days and nights in test cell control rooms, and countless hours communicating technical requirements to critical government customers. Additional to his abundant hands on experience, Jamie spent nearly a decade working as a trainer and training instructor simultaneous to his assigned job duties. Customers can take comfort in knowing that the knowledge Momentum shares is coming from a place of doing, not just seeing. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Technology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and a Master of Business Administration for Aviation Professionals (MBA-AP) from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, New Hampshire. Additionally, Jamie is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.

As a Chief Operating Officer, Adam specializes in bringing the same rigor and precision to business operations that he once applied to the world’s most advanced jet engines. His career foundation was built at Pratt & Whitney, where he served in roles as a Manufacturing, Assembly, & Production Test Engineer. This foundation of experience provided unique skills to then transition into the pivotal role as a Field Service Engineer and Site Lead for the F135 Propulsion System on the flightline at Nellis Air Force Base. Today, Adam translates his 'zero-fail' & process driven mindset into corporate strategy. He thrives on optimizing complex systems and leading high-performing teams to ensure our operational endeavors perform at peak efficiency. Outside of the office, Adam can usually be found outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or snowboarding with his two sons. With any other free time, he fits in picturesque motorcycle rides through the windy New England roads. On quieter weekends, he keeps his Engineering skills sharp through 3D printing and building complex Lego sets with his kids —always looking for the next thing to design or assemble.

With more than a decade of experience in government contract administration, Jerry started his career as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army, serving both domestic and international posts. His pragmatic approach is rooted in his experience as a Veteran serving his country. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Thomas College and a Master’s of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University. Jerry is 1102 – Contract Specialist certified through Defense Acquisition University in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He brings a go getter attitude and creative business solutions to benefit all parties involved. Gerald is inspired by his wife, Amy, and their four cats. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycling and playing video games.
